My Home Companion does not collect telephone numbers through our request forms. We do not place sales calls, do not send text messages, and do not share phone numbers with service providers. Follow-up about any request you submit will occur by email only.
When you submit a service request through My Home Companion (including by completing the form on our "Get Started" page or any similar request form on our site), you expressly authorize My Home Companion and one or more service providers in our network to contact you by email, at the email address you provided, about your request.

After submitting a request, you may receive an email from one or more service providers in our network who are able to help with your project. These providers typically contact you within a few business days to follow up about your request.
You can stop receiving communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive, or by replying to the email and asking to be removed.

Because we do not collect phone numbers, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) provisions governing automated calls and text messages do not apply to communications initiated through My Home Companion. If a service provider in our network independently obtains your phone number after you have voluntarily shared it with them, any subsequent telephone or text contact between you and that provider is governed by the provider's own policies and applicable law.

We retain records of consents provided through our forms, including timestamp, IP address, and the specific consent language displayed at the time of submission. This recordkeeping supports compliance with applicable laws.
