3. Service Provider Connections

If you choose to submit a service request through our "Get Started" form or similar request mechanism, you understand and agree that:

• My Home Companion may share the information you provide with one or more service providers in our network so that they may contact you regarding your request.
• My Home Companion is not a service provider. We do not perform home services, dispatch crews, supervise work, or guarantee any specific outcome.
• Service providers in our network are independent third parties. They are responsible for their own pricing, scheduling, insurance, licensing, work quality, and any contracts they enter into with you.
• Any agreement to perform work, payment terms, warranties, and dispute resolution are between you and the service provider directly. My Home Companion is not a party to any such agreement.

4. No Guarantees

My Home Companion makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of the educational content on this site;
• The qualifications, licensing, insurance, performance, or work quality of any service provider in our network;
• Specific results from any action you take based on information found on this site;
• The availability of the Service or any particular feature at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes;
